This policy paper by Lola Bultel analyses the transformations of migration policies in Greece since 2015, focusing on the evolution of the asylum regime and its effects on forms of support for migrants. This publication is the fourth issue in the policy paper series by Synergies Migrations and the Institut Convergences Migrations, addressing European and international issues related to immigration and asylum.

This study provides a non-exhaustive overview of legal pathways for LGBTQI+ refugees in Germany, France, and Italy. It identifies the extent to which refugees from sexual and gender minorities are included in existing programmes, under what conditions, and whether there are specific ad hoc practices tailored to this group.
